comfortable stay but some room for improvement
The staff were pleasant and eager to assist! The room had beautiful updated flooring—no carpet to trap allergens. I appreciated the modern bathroom with its spacious shower. it felt luxurious. The mountain view from my window was a breathtaking touch that enhanced my stay.
However, the check-in process could be more streamlined. it felt a bit slow during peak hours.

The jacuzzi tub was a wonderful touch.
During our stay in room 109, we encountered several issues that left us feeling disappointed. The neighbor next to the property kept their light on ALL night, which made it extremely bright and obtrusive. It would have been nice for management to address this with them for future guests. Additionally, the breakfast options were lacking, and it could have been improved with more variety or better hours.

We had a fantastic time exploring the breathtaking trails around Pikes Peak. The weather was perfect for outdoor adventures and we even tried ziplining! Staying with my cousin, we really enjoyed the comfy queen room and the beautiful scenery just steps away from shops and restaurants.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could use some variety. A full-service breakfast would be better for families with kids.

I stayed for a couple of nights, and the soaking tub was a highlight after long hikes in the area. The location was perfect for exploring, with nearby dining options and attractions just a short walk away. The room had a lovely, clean shower, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome. However, the property felt a bit outdated and could use some upgrades to enhance comfort.

I loved the cozy fireplace in our King Room with Spa Bath! It made our stay so relaxing. Breakfast was very minimal—just decaf coffee and yogurt—so don’t get your hopes up. But the location was perfect! 😊

Cozy night with a great tub!
My partner and I had a lovely stay in a King room with a jacuzzi. The tub was super relaxing and big enough for two. The electric fireplace added a nice touch on a chilly night. It was a short walk to town, which we loved! Breakfast wasn’t great tho. some better cereal choices would be nice.
